Welcome to Spinly ("Spinly", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application (the "App") and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

By using Spinly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 9 years old to use Spinly. By using the App, you affirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the App.

2. Use of the App

Spinly is designed for entertainment and decision-making purposes. You may not use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. User Content

You may create and customise decision wheels within the App. You are responsible for any content you upload, input, or create ("User Content").

You agree not to submit any content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or violates any third-party rights.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Spinly offers free access supported by advertising and optional in-app purchases or subscriptions for additional features. By subscribing, you agree to recurring charges until you cancel. All payments are handled through the app store you used to download the App.

Subscription terms and cancellation policies are subject to Apple App Store or Google Play Store terms, depending on your platform.

5. Advertising and Analytics

The App uses advertising services such as Google AdMob and analytics tools including Firebase Analytics to deliver and measure features and ads. You can manage ad preferences and opt-outs as permitted by your device or local regulations.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Spinly complies with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Spinly, including but not limited to trademarks, design, code, and content, belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without our written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

You may also stop using the App at any time and delete it from your device.

9. Disclaimers

Spinly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or available at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Spinly.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice in the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes are made means you accept the updated Terms.
